Bo Srmek is a seasoned professional with a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as an Engineering Technician specializing in construction management. After retiring from military service, he joined Bay Electric Co. as a General Construction Project Manager, overseeing federal construction projects with a focus on EV charging infrastructure for military installations.

Today, as Franchise Operations Manager at 4EverCharge, Bo oversees franchise operations and serves as a trusted resource for franchise partners. He provides ongoing training, operational support, and strategic guidance to help franchisees succeed. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with brand standards, conducting site assessments, optimizing operational performance, supporting new franchise development, and driving initiatives that promote long-term franchise growth and consistency across the network.

Bo earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Park University and an Associate of Science in Construction Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He continues to leverage his extensive engineering, construction management, and leadership experience to support the expansion of reliable EV charging solutions across both federal and commercial markets.
